Returns

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or wrong items received. Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as used fishing hooks, lines, reels, or customized fishing accessories cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.
